1. Purpose:
Support readers outside the school who need to use the library and exploit NTTU's resources for self-study and research;
2. Registration process for off-campus readers
Step 1: Register to use the Library
Readers outside the school can contact directly/online via the library's information channels (email, phone, facebook, messenger, ...) to register to use library services.
Step 2: Readers provide personal information according to the form via the link or QR code on the library website.

Step 3: Librarians checks and compares Reader information
- Accurate inform ation: Librarians guides the Reader to use the services at the Library; guides the use of resources, guides the databases at the Library.
- Incorrect information: Librarians refused service.
- Librarians disseminates library regulations to readers
Step 4: Select and use library support services that suit your personal needs.
Step 5: Librarians advises and supports related content during the process of Reader using library services with the goal of meeting the maximum needs of Reader .
Step 6: Readers use library documents and services in accordance with the Library's regulations.
