Photocopied documents are unique, rare documents or documents that are not loaned home.

Readers who need to photocopy documents must fill in the Document Photocopy Registration Form and Document Photocopy Registration Form available at the Library. Readers are only allowed to photocopy no more than 20% of the document's pages at a time.

Photocopied documents may only be used solely for the purpose of serving individual learning, teaching and research in accordance with the spirit of Point a, Clause 1, Article 25 of the Law on Intellectual Property (effective from July 1, 2006) "self-copying one copy for the purpose of individual scientific research and teaching".
