Organize and provide information services upon request and create valuable information products based on existing capabilities of information resources and professional information staff of NTTU Library.

Benefits of Information Services:

- Find the necessary information (documents).

- Respond promptly and effectively to readers' information needs.

- Save time in searching for information and time in systematizing information after collection.

- Satisfy the need for information, learning and research materials to support readers in successfully completing research topics, reports, specialized assignments, and graduation theses.

1.1  Implementation process:

Step 1 : Readers register the content and topics they want to find directly with the Library Staff.

Step 2 : Library staff discuss with readers to accurately determine specific search needs, narrow down the scope and form of information and documents readers need. Readers deposit fees.

Step 3 : Library staff conduct information searches and create directories of documents and information found.

Step 4 : Provide information in the form of a directory for readers to choose from. If the reader agrees with the directory provided by the Library Staff, move to  B5 . If the reader does not agree, return to  B2.

Step 5 : Library staff provide full text of documents based on readers' choices.

Step 6 : Readers receive documents and pay the cost ( photocopying or printing ) to the Library.

- Libraries, agencies, units, and individuals outside the school in need.
