Tóm tắt An HPLC was developed for simultaneous quantitation of chlorogenic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoquinic acid and caffeic acid in Caulis cum fol/um Lonicerae. The method was established as column Phenomenex C-18, 250 x 4.6 mm [.0 (8-5 pm, 12 nm), Column temperature at 30 °C, detector PDA at 254 nm, a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, mobile phase using MeOH-H20 for the gradient from 15 - 100% MeOH in 1 hour. The method showed high repeatability (RSD% values < 3 %), recovery for all the analyses, chlorogenic acid, 3, 5—dicafi'eoquinic acid, and cafl'eic acid, being 96.80 — 99.66 %. The limits of detection (LOD) of chlorogenic acid, 3, 5-dicafieoquinic acid and caffeic acid were 1.2; 2.0 and 1. 5 pg/ml, respectively. Similarly, the limits ofquantification (LOQ) were 3.96; 6.60 and 4. 95 pg/ml, respectively. Aspractical application test, some samples collected in Phu Tho province (North Vietnam) were analyzed. The content ofchlorogenic acid, 3, 5-dicaffeoquinic acid, and caffeic acid was 0.19 - 0.28 %; 0.05 - 0.09 %, and 0. 09 - 0.16 %, respectively.
