Giving a thorough explanation of the elements that affect English academic writing for NTTU EFL (English as a Foreign Language ) third year English majors, concluding the focus on the challenges that students encountered when practicing EAW. In order to highlight the ongoing difficulties in EAW (english academic writing) faced by third-year EFL English major students at NTTU, whether they are linguistic, cognitive, or pedagogical barriers, we will concentrate on EFL English major students at NTTU, specifically in the area of third-year English major students' Academic Writing Capability. Figuring out the most essential factors that affect EAW outcomes among EFL third year students at NTTU, to sheer the light upon the source of problem, which could be potentially the most effecting catalyst that cause the intervention for EFL third year students at NTTU conducting decent EAW.

T 400 old persons who suffered from health problem in the past one month were interviewed directly at their house by a structured questionnaire to survey health care seeking behaviour. Multivariate logistic regression models were applied to identify factors affecting health care seeking behaviour among participants. he study is to investigate health care seeking behaviour and to identify factors associated those behaviour among elderly living in Hue city, Vietnam. The findings revealed limitation of the elderly to access health care services, especially health preventive services in Hue city. The identified associated factors can help formulate effective public health programs to improve health status among the elderly in Hue city as well as in the country in general.
