This study aims to analyze and compare the differences in awareness of the importance and status of scientific research activities of lecturers at Nguyen Tat Thanh University for gender and disciplines. Analyzing 141 lecturer survey questionnaires of 6 different disciplines, including technology and social fields, we found that the scientific research activities of lecturers are not commensurate with the development orientation of the school. In addition, there were no differences in terms of awareness and scientific research activities between male and female lecturers, but there were significant differences between the natural and social fields.
Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích, so sánh sự khác biệt trong nhận thức về tầm quan trọng và thực trạng của hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học của giảng viên Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành đối với giới tính và ngành học. Phân tích 141 phiếu khảo sát giảng viên của 6 ngành khác nhau, bao gồm cả lĩnh vực công nghệ và xã hội, chúng tôi nhận thấy rằng hoạt động NCKH của giảng viên chưa tương xứng với định hướng phát triển của trường. Ngoài ra, không có sự khác biệt về nhận thức và hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học giữa giảng viên nam và nữ, nhưng có sự khác biệt đáng kể giữa lĩnh vực tự nhiên và xã hội.
