Essentials of semantic data mining : an ontology-based approach / Sally Watson Los Angeles, CA, US : Tritech Digital Media, 2018 211 pages. : illustrations ; cm. Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 006.312 The book is devoted to semantic data mining–a data mining approach where domain ontolo-gies are used as background knowledge, and where the new challenge is to mine knowledge encoded in domain ontologies and knowledge graphs, rather than only purely empirical data. Introduction to information retrieval / Christopher D Manning; Prabhakar Raghavan; Hinrich Schütze New York. : Cambridge University Press, 2008 xxi, 482 pages. ; 26 cm. Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 025.04 "Class-tested and coherent, this textbook teaches classical and web information retrieval, including web search and the related areas of text classification and text clustering from basic concepts. It gives an up-to-date treatment of all aspects of the design and implementation of systems for gathering, indexing, and searching documents; methods for evaluating systems; and an introduction to the use of machine learning methods on text collections. All the important ideas are explained using examples and figures, making it perfect for introductory courses in information retrieval for advanced undergraduates and graduate students in computer science. Based on feedback from extensive classroom experience, the book has been carefully structured in order to make teaching more natural and effective. Slides and additional exercises (with solutions for lecturers) are also available through the book's supporting website to help course instructors prepare their lectures." Số bản sách:

Semantic 3D object maps for everyday robot manipulation / Radu Bogdan Rusu Berlin ; New York : Springer, 2013 xviii, 225 pages. : color illustrations ; 24 cm. Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 629.893 The book written by Dr. Radu B. Rusu presents a detailed description of 3D Semantic Mapping in the context of mobile robot manipulation. As autonomous robotic platforms get more sophisticated manipulation capabilities, they also need more expressive and comprehensive environment models that include the objects present in the world, together with their position, form, and other semantic aspects, as well as interpretations of these objects with respect to the robot tasks. The book proposes novel 3D feature representations called Point Feature Histograms (PFH), as well as frameworks for the acquisition and processing of Semantic 3D Object Maps with contributions to robust registration, fast segmentation into regions, and reliable object detection, categorization, and reconstruction. These contributions have been fully implemented and empirically evaluated on different robotic systems, and have been the original kernel to the widely successful open-source project the Point Cloud Library (PCL) Số bản sách:
