Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 615 The aerial parts of the club moss commonly used as herbal medicine for rheumatic pain, arthritis, traumatic injury, collected in Quang Tri province (Central Vietnam) in February 2016 was subjected to morphological and microscopic investigation in reference to the literal key morphological characteristics of the taxonomical classification. This resulted in the identification of the plant as Huperzia phlegmaria (L.) Rothm. (Lycopodiaceae). Besides, the detailed morphological and microscopic descriptions of this club moss species herein presented may be helpful for standardization and futher studies on the phytochemistry and bioactivity of the medicinal material of H. phlegmaria (L.) Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 615 An ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for determination of lornoxicam in plasma. The Thermo TSQ Quantum Ultra UPLC-MS/MS operated in the multi reaction-monitoring mode using the electrospray ionization technique. Lornoxicam and the internal standard (Meloxicam) were extracted from plasma by liquid - liquid extraction with diethylether - chloroform. The reconstituted samples were chromatographed on a C18 column (50 x 2.1 mm, i.d., 1.9 µm) with isocratic elution at a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min with 0.1 % formic acid – acetonitrile at a suitable ratio. The standard curves revealed fine linearity at the range of 0.015 to 1.5 µg/ml for lornoxicam with mean correlation coefficient of ≥ 0.99. The intra-day and inter-day precision and accuracy were within 90 % - 110.0 %. The method was well time-saving (the total run time was 2.2 min only), and showed helful for BA-BE studies of lornoxicam preparations. Số bản sách:

Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 615 The extracts of the compound herbal remedy Testin CT3 were qualitatively analyzed by TLC on silica gel 60G F254 plate, with 3 solvent systems: (1) n-hexan – ethylacetate – acetone (7:2:1); (2) chloroform - methanol – water (65:35:10, lower phase); (3) chloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid (2:3:1). Phytochemically, osthole and imperatorin were quantitatively determined by HPLC: Columm - Agilent C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 µm); Mobile phase - acetonitrile : phosphoric acid 0.1 %, gradient elution; flow rate - 1.0 ml/min; Detector UV (248 and 321 nm) for imperatorin and osthole, respectively. The method was successfully applied in quantitative determination of imperatorin and osthole in the extracts of Testin CT3 remedy. These results might contribute to the standardization of Testin CT3 remedy. Số bản sách:
