Alkaloids extraction from vernonia amygdalina del. And evaluate the reducing power activity Of the obtained extract

Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 615.9 The study was conducted to determine the proper conditions for alkaloid extraction from Vernonia amygdalina Del. and determine the antioxidant capacity of the obtained extract. The parameters such as solvent, material/solvent ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time, were investigated. Surveyed factors include used solvents (methanol, ethanol, and water), solvent concentrations (60, 70, 80, 90, 99.7%, v/v), ratios of raw material/solvent (1/10, 1/20, 1/30, 1/40, w/v), extraction temperatures (30, 40, 50, 60, 70 oC) and extraction times (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 hours). The efficiency of the extraction process was evaluated via the total alkaloid content (TAC). TAC was determined by the UV-Vis spectroscopy method. In general, all surveyed factors significantly affected the extraction yield recovery. Số bản sách:
