Khảo sát về một số vấn đề xã hội được sinh viên Việt Nam quan tâm hiện nay / Lê Anh Vũ // Giáo dục Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh . - 2024-1. - tr. 54-58. - ISSN: Job security
Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 306.0971 Students are widely recognized as a crucial demographic for the development of a nation. Nevertheless, there is a dearth of comprehensive studies examining social issues that are of concern to students. This paper aims to contribute to bridging this research gap. Our research employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, conducted at a national level. The findings of the research indicate a significant level of interest among Vietnamese students in social issues that directly pertain to their own circumstances. These issues encompass concerns over “job security,” “natural disasters and epidemics,” “environmental pollution,” as well as the impact of social networks. Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended that the university and associated organizations establish platforms for students to articulate their perspectives on matters that are of relevance to them to subsequently advocate for the active involvement of students in addressing contemporary social problems. Understanding environmental pollution / Marquita K. Hill Cambridge, United Kingdom : Cambridge University Press, 2020 xx, 449 pages. : illustrations ; 29 cm. Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 363.73 This undergraduate textbook examines environmental pollution ranging from our homes to the global environment. Completely updated and with over 50% new and rewritten material, this new edition assesses the international scope of pollution, including water, climate change, acidification, energy, solid and hazardous waste, persistent chemicals, and pesticides. The pollutants of current major concern are examined, including plastics and electronic waste. Both the impacts and the sources of pollution are addressed, as well as governmental, corporate, and personal responsibility for pollution. Pollution prevention is emphasized throughout, but students will come to see that prevention is not enough. The text moves on to examine a circular economy with closed-loop systems, where by-products are reused, wastes become raw materials, water is recycled, and energy is recovered from waste energy. Understanding Environmental Pollution engages students with the idea that humanity holds the tools to confronting the daunting pollution issues by considering a circular economy. Số bản sách:
