Với cuộc cách mạng lần thứ 4.0, phát triển đô thị thông minh đang nổi lên như là xu thế, giải pháp cho những đòi hỏi, nhu cầu ngày càng cao của con người cũng như thể hiện khả năng con người trong biến đổi môi trường xung quanh gắn với mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.
