The main objectives of this research are: To analyze in detail the freight forwarding activities at Saigon Logistics Trading and Transport Co., Ltd. To identify key factors in the freight forwarding process. To propose practical solutions to improve the efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance the quality of freight forwarding operations. The research focuses on freight forwarding activities, including partner selection, customs procedures, international transportation and cargo handling.The research on transportation and delivery processes at VSL Logistics highlights the importance of optimizing these processes to achieve higher efficiency. The application of technologies such as barcode scanning and transportation management systems (TMS) will help VSL Logistics minimize errors, optimize shipping decisions, and improve accuracy in the handling of goods. The proposed solutions also emphasize the need for an effective, technology-driven approach to enhance accuracy, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
