6 tr. Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 615 The dry ethanol extracts of Ba kich (Morinda ofiicinalis How) as a traditional medicine especially for men to improve the genre! heath and vitality was experimentally investigated for androgenic effects in mice. Repeated oral administration of the extracts (200 mg/kg. p.o.) significantly increased plasma testosteron levels and the weight ofthe male sexual organ including the seminal vesicle, Cowper's glands and evator ani-bulbocavemosus muscle. but the weight ofthe testicle remained unchanged significantly. In addition, 15-day administration course ofthe tested extracts per se did not influence the body weight in mice. These provided evidences for the androgenic effects and usefulness for supporting physiological function in men of the Ba kich dry extracts. Số bản sách:

Ứng dụng kỹ thuật giải trình gen thế hệ mới (NGS) để nghiên cứu COVID-19 (nCoV) / Đặng Thị Thu Hiền, Phạm Thị Minh Tâm, Trần Việt Hùng // Tạp chí Dược học . - 2020. - Tr. 03-07, 58. - ISSN:
6 tr. Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 615 Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS- CoV). Recently, the pneumonia that was detected in Chinese City of Wuhan is caused by a new type of Coronavirus confirmed as 2019-nCoV (COVID-19). The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus SARS-CoV—2 (2019-nCoV or COVlD-19) outbreak is an important reminder that the global community must strengthen national and international programs for early detection and response to future disease outbreaks. In fact, the virus genome of the nCoV in China was characterized by the next generation sequencing (NGS) technology. The advantage of NGS is the ability of characterizing the full viral genome by enabling phylogenetic characterization without any prior knowledge of the potential family. In turn, understanding the full sequence of the virus genome enables to estimate pathogenicity, track viral evolution, drive vaccine discovery, and thereby significantly contributes to formulation and execution of control strategies.
