This study gave an overview of the conceptual connection between socio-demographics and mindset among undergraduate pharmacy students at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. This was a quantitative cross-sectional study with descriptive and inferential analysis methods. In this study, the Dweck Mindset Instrument scale's total mean score was measured to assess mindset. In the present study, the objective is to find out the relationship between mindset and socio-demographics in pharmacy students at Nguyen Tat Thanh University and whether the relationship between the total mean Dweck Mindset Instrument score and the variables of pharmacy students at Nguyen Tat Thanh University is related or not. And this 4-chapter dissertation was done at Nguyen Tat Thanh University to assess the mindset of pharmacy students during the academic year 2022-2023 and to come up with ways to improve both their academic performance and their quality of life in general.

This research focuses on analysing the application of ChatGPT, which is a natural language processing model, in learning English at the university level. A survey was conducted in 244 sophomore at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, to investigate their opinions on the use of ChatGPT in education. Results indicate that the majority of students hold a positive view towards using ChatGPT in learning English and believe that it can help improve their English skills. The research also proposes several ways to enhance the effectiveness of using ChatGPT in learning. In summary, this study highlights the potential of ChatGPT in supporting English education at universities.

The main objective of this research is to investigate the experiences of NTTU’s international students from their perspective regarding the usability and cultural relevancy of NTTU’s English culture-related websites. Firstly, the researcher would like to explore international students’ perceptions of cultural relatability, sensitivity as well as accessibility level of those sites. Then, the research aims to understand what are the challenges faced by international students when comes to specific issues involving specific cultural factors contained within the main content of websites and social media platforms in English of NTTU and what responses international students have when encountered them in the process of using the websites.
