Decision No. 2581/QD-UBND dated October 9, 2020 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Tre province approving the Project on Digital Transformation of Ben Tre province in the period of 2020 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 reflecting the vision, tasks and solutions in the next 10 years to promote creativity and breakthrough development of digital technology, thereby promoting the economic and social development of Ben Tre province. Especially, contributing basic data to Ben Tre city to complete the thematic resolution on building Ben Tre city as a smart city, period 2021 - 2025, vision to 2030. In which, period 2021 - 2025 selects 5 areas of focus for implementation including: digital government, environmental management, land information management, security and order management - traffic safety and smart lighting management, striving by 2030, to develop into a grade I urban center, a smart, modern and advanced urban area in the Mekong Delta region. The article presents the situation and solutions of raising the awareness for people in urban areas participating in e-government in An Hoi ward, Ben Tre city, Ben Tre province.
Quyết định số 2581/QĐ-UBND ngày 09 tháng 10 năm 2020 của Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Bến Tre phê duyệt Đề án Chuyển đổi số tỉnh Bến Tre giai đoạn 2020 - 2025, định hướng đến năm 2030 thể hiện tầm nhìn nhiệm vụ, giải pháp trong 10 năm tới nhằm phát huy tính sáng tạo, phát triển đột phá của công nghệ số, từ đó thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế, xã hội của tỉnh Bến Tre. Đặc biệt là đóng góp dữ liệu cơ bản để thành phố Bến Tre hoàn thành Nghị quyết chuyên đề về xây dựng thành phố Bến Tre là thành phố thông minh, giai đoạn 2021 - 2025, tầm nhìn đến năm 2030. Trong đó, giai đoạn 2021 - 2025 chọn 5 lĩnh vực trọng tâm thực hiện gồm: kỹ thuật số chính quyền, quản lý môi trường, quản lý thông tin đất đai, quản lý an ninh trật tự - an toàn giao thông và quản lý chiếu sáng thông minh, phấn đấu đến năm 2030, phát triển thành đô thị loại I, đô thị thông minh, hiện đại, tiên tiến vùng ĐBSCL. Bài viết trình bày thực trạng và giải pháp nâng cao nhận thức cho người dân khu vực đô thị tham gia chính quyền điện tử tại phường An Hội, thành phố Bến Tre, tỉnh Bến Tre.

This study aims to analyze and compare the differences in awareness of the importance and status of scientific research activities of lecturers at Nguyen Tat Thanh University for gender and disciplines. Analyzing 141 lecturer survey questionnaires of 6 different disciplines, including technology and social fields, we found that the scientific research activities of lecturers are not commensurate with the development orientation of the school. In addition, there were no differences in terms of awareness and scientific research activities between male and female lecturers, but there were significant differences between the natural and social fields.
Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích, so sánh sự khác biệt trong nhận thức về tầm quan trọng và thực trạng của hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học của giảng viên Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành đối với giới tính và ngành học. Phân tích 141 phiếu khảo sát giảng viên của 6 ngành khác nhau, bao gồm cả lĩnh vực công nghệ và xã hội, chúng tôi nhận thấy rằng hoạt động NCKH của giảng viên chưa tương xứng với định hướng phát triển của trường. Ngoài ra, không có sự khác biệt về nhận thức và hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học giữa giảng viên nam và nữ, nhưng có sự khác biệt đáng kể giữa lĩnh vực tự nhiên và xã hội.

This research was conducted with the aim of surveying the awareness and access conditions of people with digital difficulties in participating in e-government in Phu Nhuan commune, a new rural commune (recognized in April 2021), located on the outskirts of Ben Tre city, was selected as a pilot commune for digital transformation in the area in 2021, therefore proposing and recommending appropriate solutions in the process of raising awareness and capacity people's access. The research results show that although there are some problems and obstacles related to the conditions and accessibility to technology in the process of participating in e-government, in general, people in Phu Nhuan commune mostly support the topic of e-government building e-government towards digital government. The study emphasizes the importance of a communication strategy to raise public awareness and provide regular guidance and training on how and methods to maintain e-government participation of the digitally disadvantaged people.
Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mục đích khảo sát nhận thức và điều kiện tiếp cận của người dân gặp khó khăn về số trong việc tham gia chính quyền điện tử tại xã Phú Nhuận, xã nông thôn mới (được công nhận tháng 4/2021), nằm ở ngoại ô thành phố Bến Tre, được chọn là xã thí điểm chuyển đổi số trên địa bàn vào năm 2021, từ đó đề xuất, kiến nghị các giải pháp phù hợp trong quá trình nâng cao nhận thức và năng lực tiếp cận của người dân. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, mặc dù còn một số tồn tại, vướng mắc liên quan đến điều kiện, khả năng tiếp cận công nghệ trong quá trình tham gia chính quyền điện tử nhưng nhìn chung người dân xã Phú Nhuận đa số ủng hộ chủ đề xây dựng chính quyền điện tử. hướng tới chính phủ số. Nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của một chiến lược truyền thông để nâng cao nhận thức cộng đồng và cung cấp hướng dẫn và đào tạo thường xuyên về cách thức và phương pháp để duy trì sự tham gia của chính phủ điện tử của những người thiệt thòi về kỹ thuật số.

The COVID-19 pandemic is the largest viral pandemic of the 21st century. We aimed to study COVID-19 knowledge, awareness, and practices (KAP) among medical and health sciences students in the Viet Nam, survey in the health industry, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Ho Chi Minh city. It was conducted in English and comprised two parts: socio-demographic characteristics, and KAP towards COVID-19. A total of 1370 students responded to the survey. Out of which 74,8% of female students, 25,2% of male students. The knowledge of the students on COVID-19 was of high level; however, more than one-third of them feel unconcerned about how they feel about the disease. The majority of students believe and are willing to support and follow recommendations from competent authorities in Vietnam to prevent the entry of the coronavirus. Besides, more than two-thirds of students said that they completely know how to protect themselves from the coronavirus. Students of Vietnam's health sector had an acceptable level of knowledge, awareness, and good practices of preventive measures regarding the COVID-19 virus. There were no significant differences in most categories of students' gender- related knowledge, perceptions, and practices, or years of study.

Currently, although primary schools have made efforts to implement competency assessment activities according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training, understanding of this approach in the Vietnamese educational context is still limited. This article was written to increase awareness and knowledge in the educational community about competency assessment practices, while also providing valuable information for teachers and educational management agencies. The results show that teachers have positive perceptions and recognize the detail and multi-dimensionality of competency assessment information, helping them have a comprehensive view of student development. However, there are still some teachers who need to improve to reach a level of proficiency and confidence in applying this method. In addition, the study also evaluated the frequency with which teachers apply forms of assessment and some methods are not really implemented on a regular basis. This requires the government to shape policies, provide support and create conditions for continuous improvement in the area of assessment of primary school teachers' competencies as well as change and efforts on the part of schools. and the teachers themselves.
