Antibiotic resistant bacteria : A challenge to modern medicine / Sadhana Sagar...[et al] Singapore : Springer, 2019 xvi, 179 pages. : illustrations ; 25 cm. Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 616.9 This book summarizes the emerging trends in the field of antibiotic resistance of various gram-negative and gram-positive bacterial species. The ability of different species of bacteria to resist the antimicrobial agent has become a global problem. As such, the book provides a comprehensive overview of the advances in our understanding of the origin and mechanism of resistance, discusses the modern concept of the biochemical and genetic basis of antibacterial resistance and highlights the clinical and economic implications of the increased prevalence of antimicrobial resistant pathogens and their ecotoxic effects. It also reviews various strategies to curtail the emergence and examines a number of innovative therapeutic approaches, such as CRISPR, phage therapy, nanoparticles and natural antimicrobials, to combat the spread of resistance Số bản sách:

Quy trình thiết kế và sử dụng video dạy học chủ đề "Nấm và vi khuẩn" môn khoa học ở tiểu học / Nguyễn Minh Giang, Bùi Uyên Phương // Giáo dục Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh . - 2024-2. - tr. 13-18. - ISSN: 2354-0753
Ký hiệu phân loại (DDC): 579.5 The topic of Fungi and Bacteria in the 2018 General Education Curriculum for Science Subject includes new content compared to the old one. The target subjects in this topic are mostly tiny in size and not visible to the naked eye. Therefore, the preparation of teaching materials to support teachers in organizing lessons for students is essential. This research study focuses on designing videos for teaching the topic of Fungi and Bacteria to fourth and fifth graders. Based on the proposed principles and designing process, the researcher has successfully designed three videos, including: “Bacteria around us”, “Are mushrooms our friends?” and “Why does yeast cause bread to rise?”. Experimental results of the two videos “Bacteria around us” and “Why does yeast swell bread?” imply that the designed materials are appropriate and effective in teaching, enhancing students' interest in discovering fungi and bacteria, creating opportunities for students to develop their competences to learn about fungi and bacteria and to apply learned knowledge and skills into practice.
